A sale will occur when there is a willing buyer who agrees to purchase your PropertyShares at the price you have set. To assist you in setting your sale price the PropertyShares Valuations, property related documents and industry data are available for you to consider. Plus you can take a look at other shares available. It is free to list your shares for sale. The proceeds on a completed sale of PropertyShares will be deposited into your Property Crowd account.
