Dividends payable from rental income on a property (once costs have been deducted) are paid monthly to your account on the 5th day of every month. If the 5th day falls on a weekend or public holiday then your dividend payment will be made on the next available working day. Dividends are payable to those holding shares at 12.00 am on the 1st day of every calendar month.
